How to Start a Return or Exchange
1. Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery.
2. Clearly explain the issue (wrong product, color variation, defect, etc.).
⚠️ Requests made after 30 days of delivery cannot be accepted.
Refund & Exchange Eligibility
✅ You qualify if:
· The item is unused, with original packaging and tags intact.
· No alterations have been made by the customer.
· You report valid issues (wrong item, major defects) within 24 hours of receiving it.
❌ You do not qualify if:
· You ordered multiple sizes of the same product just to try them on.
· The product was custom-made or personalized.
· Tags or labels have been removed.
· The request is due to change of mind, accidental order, or made after 30 days.
Return Shipping & Postage
· Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
· The original shipping cost (covered by us for free delivery) is non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
Ordered the wrong size? No worries — we’ll send you the correct one.
· The replacement product is free of charge.
· You’ll only need to cover postage costs, which vary depending on weight and size.
Refunds
Process: Once we receive your item, we’ll inspect it and notify you that it has been received.
Approval: If your return is approved, we’ll initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
RMA (Return Material Authorization) Number
Once your request is approved, we’ll provide an RMA number.
Attach this number to your return package to help us track and process it quickly.
Customs Duties
We mark packages as gifts and provide free shipping to minimize customs fees. However, if your local customs authority applies charges, these are the buyer’s responsibility.
