The scabbard is what makes this one. Ornate hardwood, finished with stag horn — a material that can't be manufactured to spec, because it grows. Every piece has its own colour, its own density, its own small irregularities. It's the part people reach for when they pick the sword up.

The blade is forge-welded Damascus: layers of steel welded, folded and drawn out by hand, then etched so the layers surface as flowing lines. No two are alike, and the one you receive will carry a pattern that exists nowhere else.

This one is built around the pairing — a hand-forged blade and a hand-fitted scabbard that took as much work as the steel did. It's the piece to choose if the sword is going somewhere people will handle it, not only look at it.

Care

Damascus needs oil. Wipe the blade with a light machine or mineral oil every few months to protect the etch. Keep the stag horn away from direct heat and prolonged damp. Store out of reach of children.
